A program for moving forward

Made good progress with NLP yesterday. Verbally stated my chosen principles over a hundred times, and wrote them for kinesthetic reinforcement a hundred times as well.
When I get up in the morning, my plans are not about fighting my ED, but about realizing my plans. Immediate plans, short term, long term. There’s a lot to do.
I check in with some fundamental data: weight, blood pressure, and more. The most important principle for daily life is “I get up and do stuff.” It gives me the room to rest and have fun as much as I like, yet also empowers me to do things and keep moving my life in the direction I want to go.
This feeling is even better than the delight at legalizing, or the happiness of the release from my “shoulds.” And the best part is, all of these things are permanent.
