Changing my beliefs about eating

I can’t eat little enough to lose weight every day
- Of course I can eat less. Simply don’t put unnecessary food in the mouth, and when necessary, put lower cal food there.
- Some empowering Enabling Beliefs:
- Every day I get better at eating the right amounts to support a smaller size
- My preference for fruits and vegetables keeps growing
- My distaste of greasy slimy foods increases
- Heavy foods slow me down and make my thinking sluggish
I repeatedly have to let myself take good care of me
- Who says I shouldn’t put myself first? If I always wait until I have a self-care emergency, I’ll constantly be on edge and never happy.
- Some empowering Enabling Beliefs:
- Taking good care of myself is the only enabler for success everywhere else in my life
- No sacrifices
- I put myself first on my list
- I am absolutely worthy to fully enjoy my life
