Not only did I sleep through the night, but when I went to the doctor today, she was highly impressed with my progress. Here are some of my accomplishments:
- Blood pressure in normal range
- Great blood sugar
- Well over 20 kilo lost by learning and practicing normal eating
- I was able to tell her effectively about my recent progress (she understands the whole intuitive eating thing)
- Realized that I don’t obsess about food and my weight any more
- Realized that I don’t constantly think about what to eat next
- Fantastic improvements in attitude and ability to deal with stress
- Improved my self-care enormously
- Stopped being ashamed to tell my doctor my real weight, or to step on the doctor’s scales
- Stopped being often overwhelmed with shame
- Started being proud of my accomplishments
- Realized that I’ve accomplished a hell of a lot in the past 3 plus years, and have a lot to be proud of
