My mission is to adapt my Thinking, Activity and Eating habits to permanently change to a moderate range of Emotional, Physical and Social behaviors.

- Write one or more lists of shoulds and energy-draining activities
Activity Goals
- Take 1-10 positive actions daily
Eating goals
- Eat and taste consciously every eating experience
